How quickly can you get to me?
We’ll give you the earliest slot when you call, and it’s often the same day. We’re based in Leyton (E10), so our engineers are never far away.
Do you come out at night and at weekends?
Yes. Our emergency line, 07970 828 755, is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for breakdowns and leaks.
How much will the repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the part needed. We’ll tell you the callout charge when you book, and the engineer prices the repair before doing any work, so you only pay for what you’ve agreed to.
Will you fix it on the first visit?
Most faults, yes. Our vans carry the most common parts. If a part has to be ordered, we’ll tell you when it’s due and book you in to fit it.
Which boilers do you repair?
Gas combi, system and regular boilers from all the major makes, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi, Ideal, Potterton, Glow-worm and Viessmann. We don’t work on oil boilers.
What’s the Major Boiler Repair Package?
For bigger repairs, it covers up to three major internal parts, such as the PCB, fan, gas valve, diverter valve or expansion vessel, at a fixed cost with labour included and a 12-month warranty on the replaced parts. See what’s covered.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Major repairs come with a 12-month warranty.
My boiler is old. Should I repair it or replace it?
Most breakdowns are worth repairing. If a repair would cost more than the boiler is worth, our engineer will tell you honestly and can give you a free, fixed-price quote for a new one.
What should I do if I smell gas?
Don’t use light switches or naked flames, open the windows, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999. Once it’s safe, call us and a Gas Safe engineer will find and fix the fault.
