I had a very positive experience with Boiler & Heating Care from start to finish and would happily recommend them.
I contacted them to replace an old combi boiler and was particularly impressed with how thorough the initial survey was. Rather than simply quoting for a boiler swap, the engineer took the time to inspect the existing heating system properly, identified significant build-up in the radiators and recommended a power flush. Everything was clearly explained before I committed to the work, and the quotation was detailed and transparent.
The team subsequently installed a new Main combi boiler and carried out the power flush. The work was completed professionally and, most importantly, all six radiators that had previously been causing problems are now working properly again.
Communication throughout has also been excellent. Julie and Evis have been friendly, responsive and very helpful with all of my questions, both before and after the installation. The boiler warranty and Building Regulations/Gas Safe documentation were registered promptly, and they have continued to be helpful with follow-up queries.
Overall, I’ve been very happy with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Thank you to the whole team at Boiler & Heating Care.
